Requirements

  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate
  • Permission Letter from the Parish if outside the Diocese of Antipolo

Children 5 years old and above will undergo a series of catechism before receiving the Sacrament of Baptism.

Eucharist

Celebrating the real presence of Christ through the Holy Mass and Communion.

Confirmation

Sealed with the gift of the Holy Spirit to strengthen faith and witness as disciples.

Reconciliation

Experiencing God's infinite mercy and forgiveness through the confession of sins.

Matrimony

Uniting couples in the sacred covenant of marriage, rooted in love and fidelity.
